Hi all,

I'm having an issue with users trying to dial international calls, it says call cannot be completed as dialed, then there is a code, puava13??? I suppose that code is coming from the ISP. Anyway, I called our ISP and they did a trap, they said only 10 numbers were being sent out, we're dialing 13. I set the Dial Plan Public DN Lengths, got rid of all the 0** except for 011, so there shouldn't be any conflicts. Could it have something to do with the Direct Dial digit being 0?? I don't think it should, but I'm somewhat of a novice. Any advice?

Thanks in advance.

Make sure your prefix 0 under dialing plan/public network is set for 13 digits, and that your route/destination code is abosorbing the correct number of digits.

Try setting the 011 dialing plan to a 16 digit length.

I found the issue, we had it defined under Carrier Codes but we don't require them, deleting it solved the issue.

Thanks guys!
