Hey guys. So I'm pretty much new to CUCM etc and just very recently took over for a Senior Telephony Engineer that left so bear with me as I don't have a lot of knowledge on this stuff yet. As the title suggests, during some international calls, after a couple of minutes, the person on the other end drops and a portion of the conversion is played back on a loop. Have anyone heard of this issue before and can point me in the right direction for what to look for?
