Hello,
Am having issues with international been dropping close to 8 mins or 16 mins frequently.
I have checked with the PSTN service provider and they confirmed the line is fine and they are not
the cause of the calls dropping after some minutes.
Please what could be the issue and how to get it resolved.
Best Regards.

@obtsystems, please no beep.
But what is ifthere is beep what does it mean.
And please where can I tackle the problem from.

If there’s a time limit you will get beeps.

They are analogue lines, yes? Does the co light go off after this time or just the call dropping and the line light stays green

The line is an ISDN line.Where in the configuration can I see the time limit.
Best Regards.

Any limitations in the Class of service?
This has the option to set duration limit for Extension-CO line call.

If it is isdn you can run a trace on the data and seeing why it is ending the call

Thank you so much obtsystems for been helpful up to this stage.
But where on the Panasonic ns500 can I run the trace.
Thank you.

On NS500 you have trace in:
Maintenance -> Utility -> Monitor/Trace -> ISDN/QSIG Protocol Trace
