what cor/cos covers international calling for agents? is it set at agent or station level? I can't really setermine which covers the intl outbound calling

we run a definity g3si.

The COR will determine what types of calls you are allowed to make. If an agent logs onto a phone, the COR of the Agent ID, not the COR of the station, is what determines the calling authority. The FRL on the COR must be equal to or greater than the FRL of the call route pattern in order to be allowed to make the call.

ok, pretty new to the admin thisng for phone, how can I determine the call route pattern, if i list COR and look at FRL most are set at 7. How can I check the call route pattern to see the difference?

JM

Use "list ars route-chosen xxxxxxxxxxx#" where xxx = digits dialed. Or you can try "list route" and check the route pattern names. Then use "disp route X" for the appropriate route pattern.
