International Calling

I want to simply allow selected users to place international calls (011-xxxx...). I've read up on the allowed lists and ARS but it doesn't seem to be clear?

Users normally are not restricted from dialing international calls - unless a restriction was previously programmed. If restrictions were programmed - you would need to remove them - however the removal would depend on how the restrictions were programmed to begin with.

You may need to print out your ARS tables, allowed lists, diallowed lists, etc - to find out.

Actually, your comments were enough to send me in the right direction and I didn't have the 0 + features in ARS setup properly.
