Hello,

Is there a difference in performance between an internal wireless (wifi) networking card and a typical PC card?

I've noticed the performance of the ORiNOCO Mini PCI card (internal) is not as good as a Linksys PC card.

Basically, the internal card is much much slower than the Linksys card most of the time. Web pages often load as if I were using a dial up connection instead of DSL.

I would appreciate any feedback.
