Internal users can not connet to website

We have a new website which is hosted at GoDaddy. The issue we are having is the internal users can not access They can reach the website by using
In our DNS, we have 2 zones (abc.local & domain.com). In the domain.com zone I have an A record for points to the IP address of the website on GoDaddy. However, I'm not sure what to put so that the internal users can get to
Any help would be appreciated.

Create A record for domain.com in your DNS server. If it works, for better manageability you can delete A record for create CNAME record for points to domain.com.
