Internal system error on 3300ICP (6.0.5.7) 1

Hi

When I try to change a entry in a form (ie feature access code) I get the dialogue box and make the changes, when I save them i get a message saying internal system error.

It generates the following software log:
DBMS (DBTSynch) warning:
Data Base Read access denied to .. PID = ($0002,$0031) dbasrv
Access is blocked by ............. PID = ($0005,$0643) fpprocess

Also when I do a DBMS Client on the maintence command, it tells me:
DBMS Info: Current database client list:
fpprocess is a reader

So it appears a process id locking the database. Does anyone know what fpprocess is and how do I kill it?

You have a Formprint command sitting in queue.
Try the command "Sho print all" to see what's in queue and then use the command ENABLE PRINT (EN P) to complete the print job or use the command FORMPRINT /KILL to abort the job. That should clear the problem.
