Internal straight to voicemail

we have ip office 500 v2 R8.1.
Our call center use tapi and when we have a number that has been barred it calls an internal number instead and the voicemail tells the user what to do. this ext does not exsist (no need for a phone sat there doing nothing) however the voice mail only kicks in after 2 rings - can i make it go straight to voicemail... no rings?

send it to a shortcode instead and build it in vm Pro as well with a menu, you can then do a voice question and record anything they might want to leave in the mailbox and send it to a voicemail of your choice
