we have ip office 500 v2 R8.1.
Our call center use tapi and when we have a number that has been barred it calls an internal number instead and the voicemail tells the user what to do. this ext does not exsist (no need for a phone sat there doing nothing) however the voice mail only kicks in after 2 rings - can i make it go straight to voicemail... no rings?
