Internal Server Error on BCM400 release 4.0 callpilot 1

Team hi
I try to setup VM on a system running for years but voicemail was never setup. After accessing Callpilot and got the initial setup I tried to setup an auto attendant.
going to greeting tables when selecting any of the greeting tables I get Internal Server Error and cannot change the greeting tables. Going back I have some options on other parts of callpilot but this does not help much.
I recall I need to reinstall the vm. Can someone advice if can be done via element manager?
I have remote access to the system I started 2050 and I can run feature 982 or 983 commands.
can someone give me directions how to reset the VM via the softphone?

Yeah your right, probably corruption.

password (same as all other vmail versions)

Go thru the motions.

You can also go to Restore and try restoring from "Factory Default" then check only Callpilot.
