Hello,

I would like to setup up this configuration:

I have an internal network (about 5 machines, FreeBSD, Linux, Windows 2000) that need to access the Internet. I also have a IpCop firewall that already is a DNS forwarder. I would like to setup BIND 8 for my internal network on an internal machine(so all machines can speak to each other using names) but I don't want the Internet to know anything about it.

What I think I should do is have the following zones:

mydomain.com. #master
1.168.192.in-addr.arpa #master
"." #hint
0.0.127.in-addr.arpa #master

Note that mydomain.com is going to be my internal domain and is not going to be registered. I will also add the address of my firewall as a forwarder.

Thanks,

SLM
