I have an IP406 running 2.0 and am trying to install an internal modem card. I have successfully done this in the IP403, but the IP406 has a couple of vacant sockets, and I am not sure which is the correct one. The empty sockets are J09 and J10. Can anyone tell me which one to use. I am having a hard time finding any documentation on this.

The IP Office Installation manual makes no distinction between 403/406/412 when installing the Dual Modem Card which implies the same postion - left-hand side of board as seend from the front of the unit.

Can you send me the link to the Installation manual? That is the socket that I plugged it into, but when I open Monitor it still says MDM=0.
