internal Meridian Voicemail

Help. Does anyone know why I can get all the features in incoming voicemail, but when calling an internal extention,
voicemail will not pick up. Did I miss something in the initial programming?

ITEM FDN xxxx xxxx = the DN you wish to forward to on no reply

does this phone have internal fha and external fna programmed? if so, your internal forward no answer DN is probably pointing to another DN besides the voicemail DN. check that. if it has EHTD and EFDN (or something like that) that's where the phone goes when an external call gets a busy or ring no answer. Regular HTD and FDN are where internal calls go. good luck
