Internal mail - routing group connector, external mail - smarthost

Hi Guys, anyone know how to send external domain email through the smarthost in the DMZ (WAN site A) and internal mail across to WAN Site B through the routing group connector (Dedicated VPN across WAN link)

I though of creating another smtp virtual server..but don;t know whee to configure it. Any idea how to do it or another alternate way to solve this problem .
