I have a strange issue on IP Office 9.1.12 on a new install. DTMF tones working fine on inbound calls to system and outbound calls out of system. When any digital phone (Combo Card x 2, DS8x 1, DS16 Module) across ANY of the digital set modules tries to call internally to check their voicemail via shortcode "?" to enter user ID and voicemail password, the DTMF tones are not recognized. System gives "Enter your user" and when input nothing happens and the system prompts again. No issue whatsoever from the 2 x 9608 IP sets on the system. No issue when dialing in from outside from mobile or external number. Workarounds are working fine for the time being but the customer has several "virtual users" without desk phones who need to be able to log into group or user voicemails via the shortcode but no dice. Any thoughts on this??
