Internal IP Phone cutting out

I have 16xx IP Phones that sound like you are making a cell phone call, . We setup all phones on own network with POE switches. No other data traffic on network. The Codec is G.711mu under ip-codec-set. Did a list trace on the station with no packet loss. Should silent suppression be set to off?

Any Suggestions on how to repair?

Should we change to g.729?(a,b,ab?)
