Internal Inconsistency Error

We are running SBT 6.5.

For the last week we have been receiving an "internal inconsistency error" during shipment processing. No error is received when entering shipments. It only appears when you process the shipments (create the invoices). At first it was happening on only one item. Now it seems to be happening with several items.

I have reindexed the system. I have run the recalculations. I have also gone into inventory management and verified the existing quantities.

Anyone have a suggestion?

It is actually an "internal consistency error" message that we receive.
 
That sounds like it is really FoxPRO pass through error. Generally would expect this would throw you right out of the program. Index's are frequently the cause. Sometimes reindex doesn't delete and rebuild it just tries to rebuild. Try backing up you system deleting all the index's and reindexing. I'd guess from what little is here that the record count has gotten out of line

Thanks for the suggestion.

I deleted the CDX files for ICILOC, ICIQTY, and ICITEM and then reindexed the system. The error is still there. It started with one item. 3 items are now affected. We have over 3,000 items so I find it strange that only a few are impacted.
 
These 3 files interact. Is it possible that your missing a record in one. IE item 1010 is in ICITM but not the others? Would also look to see if it always happens with the same item.
