Internal Hunt Group - Routing

Set up an internal hunt group with 7 members and then need to route this to the switchboard after hunting round the 7 members, cant do this via personal deflection as only allowed 6 choices. So how do you send this to the switchboard , would this have to be via an ADN and how would it be done ?

normally, you can have 10 choices per list in a profile.

what software are you running? (CADAP

This customer is on a BC10 switch not the latest revison which would cover 10 choices with the personal deflection, so need to know how to get a call from the hunt group (once it has finished hunting around the 7 extensions) to the switchboard.

if you put a cdini to operator on the GH and use CAD to get members to make themselves unavailable to the group when they are not at desk, this will work as divert on no available members. users must use CAD to let switch know they are not available for calls. if all users are busy call will also go to operator. cdini on extensions can be to anywhere does not matter to group. if user does not press CAD call will follow CDINI on extension not group as GH will find 1st available member.

or set up ADN on phone and then MNS to this ADN on other phones in 'group'. and put cdini on ADN to operator. 'hunt group' number is ADN number. then you can have as many 'members' in 'group' as you want.
