internal forward to the CCR tree

Norstar tech.
Norstar M.I.C.S. using the AA CCR tree.
All incoming calls go to the CCR tree. There is no one at 222 which they have labeled guest phone and they want to transfer 222 to 221 on RNA but they would like it to go to 221 then to the ccr tree where that caller would be able to have all the tree options. Is this possible? Right now when we transfer 222 to 221 it goes to 221 vm box / general delivery.

AA is for external lines (incoming)
If you want CCR as a backup then go into 983/AA/Lines and tell each line to answer after X amount of rings.
