Internal Follow me

Hi there,

im pretty new with the MD 110 and there is a lot to learn
My first question is about the internal follow me.

there are some extensions that are able to configure other extension with the *21*number*target-number#. It don´t metter wich target number was configured befor.
But now i have an cordless phone that is only allowed to configure the extension when the follow me is activeted with *21*cordless-phone-number# for the cordless phone.

Is this a configuration fault?

there are two procedures:

1. *21*target#

This is a normal calldiversion for the case you know what the goal is.

2. *21*own number#

With this procedure you initiate "follow me". This means that you can go now to a any extension. There you can make procedure

*21*own number*number where you are#

If you go to the next extension, you can repeat the procedure. This is "follow me". All my calls follow me to the phone where I'm

thanks for your reply. I followed your instructions so i typed
*21*259# (21*own-number#)on my phone
Display shows redirected to 259

so I went to my Cordless phone to actived the follow me.
i´ve tried it with *21*259*459# (*21*own-number*number where i am#
but i received an error, the display shows fault....

if i use another cordlessphone.. it works....

So how can i get my cordlessphone to do the same?

i think this is some kind of security-setting that allows the extension to do the follow me or not....?!

give the non working phone the same cat as the working phone (gedip, gedic)
