Internal/External Report Generator

I have an Access 2000 Database with multiple linked tables on an NT4 Network. I have one user located in another state that accesses the database and sends requests to me for a lot of report generation specifically designed for him, therefore, there's no need to create a new report just for him.

My question: Is there a report generator that a NONPROGRAMMER, basic end-user type, may be able to use to query or report on any data in the database? This is not only for his benefit, but for mine... =)
