Old yet simple M1 system (software version 22 I think!), only cust 0, 100 line PRI

User with an M2008 dials any internal extension, yet the phone calls her husband externally.
No idea how she got it this way, her TN shows nothing that I can see.
Somehow she's accessed a speed list or something?

Should I out it and rebuild or CPY from another 2008? Or drill down into it to find out what she did?

Probably just a stuck autodial or redial key. Pull the keycaps off and make sure the paper labels aren't folded down the sides of the keys. This will cause problems especially in humid weather.

It will dial my cell just fine if I use the 9-xxx-xxx-xxxx format.
I had a good chuckle when I saw it in action, "oh users... how do they do what they do?" =)
Will check the keys just in case.

Why thank you sir!

Sys Speed button label was not folded properly and had slipped a bit.
Phone now working properly and you are awarded 1000 internet points.

Now to figure out why only her phone has a sys speed button and none of the others do.
