Internal error. put field (1912 POIRCLO1.C)

I am getting the following error "Internal error. put field (1912 POIRCLO1.C)" while trying to import PO Receipt.
I use ACCPAC 5.3A.
Is there anyone who can help me ?

The vendor doesn't exist.

I have exported PO Receipt first then re-import it after I changed the receipt number to the new one so I think the vendor code is exist.
