Using BOXI 4.0. Users are getting the following error: Internal Error. Please Contact Your System Administrator [CRCAF00000020] when attempting to enter prompts using either edit values or entering an individual prompt. Rebooting the CMS server seemed to have corrected the problem for one day and now it's happening again.

Today we are getting the error: A request was cancelled. The necessary security privledges could not be verified.

Anyone else having the same problem and if so what did you do to correct it?
