Internal error on Page server CE10 and win2003 1

Hi,
I am somewhat new to the Crystal Enterprise environment and am trying to get my reports to be able to view. I am currently just trying to view a report thru an ASP page but I keep getting "Error encountered by Crystal Page Server" I have included everyone to have rights to all folders but still cannot get this to work yet. Has anyone ever develpoed a simple Com viewer that will show a simple report that has all the data also?
