I have had this problem for a while, Ithought it was something to do with the freq contacts addressbook saving internal email addresses then them getting corrupted, but now I don't think that that is the problem.
For no apparent reason sometings using auto complete to send internal emails, the email doesn't get to the recipient.
There's a difference in the properties of sent items that get to the internal recipient and those that don't.
This one got there:
Recipients Action Date & Time
glovers.co.uk
Main.Domain1 Delivered 21/06/05 13:18:25
PS4 (Philip Shotter) Opened 21/06/05 13:18:40
Post Office Delivered Route
Main.Domain1 21/06/05 13:18:25 glovers.co.uk
This one didn't:
Recipients Action Date & Time
glovers.co.uk
Delivered 21/06/05 13:18:25
PS4 (Philip Shotter)
Post Office Delivered Route
21/06/05 13:18:25 glovers.co.uk
The difference being that there's no post office shown on the email that didn't find its recipient (presumably because it thinks its an external email???
Anyone had this problem before?
Thanks in advance,
Emily
