Internal DISA call disconnection

we use internal DISA to call the extension attached to the 2nd PABX from the host PABX.

Called extension rings for pre defined period of time even after the caller keep the phone.

Is this normal with DISA?

do you have ringback tone enabled on a transfer or music?

if you are calling the aa on the 824
disa ,the 2nd system is not getting a disconnect
siginal from the first!
