Internal Directory Name lookup - How? + Increase minutes

On a norstar VM4.1.0 system Is there anyway that a user can lookup another users DN mailbox internally ?

e.g. - I know Tammy Jones works here, but she is not listed on the paper printout with her name and new extension.
I know she is listed in company directory as Jones,Tammmy. Is there a way for users to find the extension by getting into the company directory ????(without dialing out) DBN ????

Also does anyone know how to increase the number of minutes a user can have in VM ,she is at 120 minutes. I do not have the optional programming instruments to do this. Can you somehow transfer to another vm if first one is full. (PS The problem here is that the user needs her voicemail, but BOSS still wants to leave her VM).

Our Neverfull feature does not work.

1. Check with your vendor and see if they have the DBN software diskette that I have been seeing shipped with the NAM's.

alternateivly dial feature 9 8 0 then press the DIR button on 73XX telephones. I think the operation on 72xx and ata lines is feature 9 8 0 then #.

2. The only way to change the class of service's allowed minutes is by way of the NAM Admin software, 120 mins is the max that is available by the default values.

alternative: put in an additional phone (7100 or 7208) and assign a mailbox to it for intra office (the big boss) messages.
