Internal calls to voicemail mm 5.2

I've just had an issue highlight to me but unsure how long it has been like this... Internal calls that coverage to a users voicemail have to wait 6 or 7 seconds after hearing the coverage beep before the users vm prompt is played. External calls hear the message playing after about a second.

Is this a setting somewhere?

Check to make sure they don't have an optional greeting played for internal calls or re-record those optional greetings as they may have the initial silence in the recording.
