Internal calls dropping- NORSTAR 0X32 4.1

We are having a problem with our own system here in the office. (Can fix other people's problems, just not ours)

When we make internal calls (icm to icm), the call connects and then immediately drops within 2 seconds of the receiver answering the call. We haven't had this problem with external calls. This happens intermittently and it affects all users.
We all have 7310's except for one 7324 set. No DID's in use, all loop start lines. Norstar 0X32 with 4.1 software. No station module.

you have software version 30NdG00.(US might be diffrent ) The last two digits are the release of 4.1 software there is a known problem with the first release of 4.1 ( 00 ) where intercom calls will drop.
solution: upgrade your software. you will probably have to pay for it now because of the age.
