We have a customer with MM 1.1 for Exchange with a T1/QSIG integration that started experiencing a delay when internal or transferred calls cover to voice mail- after the go to cover tone there is a several second delay before voice mail answers. External DID calls work properly when they cover. Traces of both scenarios have identical data, but you can watch the long pause between the "no answer station" step and the "coverage path 1" step in the trace.
