Internal calls acting different than External

I have recently added a MICS 0X32 (software release R1T1) with 12 2-way DID trunks coming into the KSU on a T1 from South West Bell. Everything seems to be working fine except I cannot get the stations to accept a second call from the incoming DID. If I make internal calls it will accept as many calls as I have intercom keys.

Example call xxx - 4714 it rings the intercom key on the correct station. Call it again and it goes to reception.

Try making the prime set for each target line the DN where the target line appears and rings. Brian Cox

Also, under Terminals&Sets-Capbilities-CF on Busy: set it to NONE. This way it will ring through on the second call,and she can pick it up or not, and then it will follow whatever is set up for CF in NO ANS. (like go the VM after 4 rings)
