We have a NI2 tie line between avaya ipo and nortel 61c. When the avaya calls over to the nortel, example, avaya dials 81430, the dch messaging shows 81430 being dialed but then it actually is calling 140 on the nortel. This is happening on multiple different extensions, some calls go through while others do not. I can not find a pattern yet. Any ideas?

Do you have an IDC table assigned and configured for that circuit on the Nortel side?

Like Wanebo says most likely IDC, only other thing is check RDB INST prompt that gives you manipulation on the way in then once you are happy you know what digits are after IDC etc. check DNB (for instance if there was no IDC and 8 was say AC2 it could be doing a lot of things)
