Hi Guys,

After trawling through the Avaya docs and this site, I know I can't record internal calls (which is a shame, because of the managers wants to record someone's calls internally).

However, we do have a call recorder hooked up between the PRI and the IP Office. Is there a way I can get the IPO to divert this particular person's calls through that, i.e. convert any internal extension number that this person dials to the full DDI, so they are recorded the same as an external call.

Unless there's a better way to do it!!

Just wondering why I can manual record internal calls through a programmed button, but it won't auto record them.... :)

Cheers
Paul

Point the incoming call route to 9+DID (e.g. 95555551212) this will call the DID when the ICR is matched. Then point the DID to the user (e.g. 5555551212 goes to user 201).
