I have an AVAYA GS450. I did some research about turning on Internal Audit Answer. I went as directed to features and Call settings to search for Internal Auto Answer so I could turn it on as instructed and the feature is not able to be found. The type of telephone set I am trying to activate this feature for is an Avaya 1416 digital telephone set. I am curious if either this feature is available in the system or is it something I have to load. Thank you in advance for any direction or help the you can provide.
