I have a person at work (in Illinois) who emails her daughter (in California) frequently. They are both having problems sending and receiving emails. Sometimes they go through and sometimes they don't. We have not figured out a pattern, although it does seem that it consistently doesn't work when she replies to an email. They both only have problems with each other and no one else. They do not receive mailer daemons (sp?) when a message doesn't go through.
Our company uses our ISP for our email server. The other company uses Exchange Server. Any thoughts? Thanks!
