Intermittent "Page Server not accessible" when exporting reports 1

At intermittent times, the user receives the error message below when attempting to export a report. Sometimes, it works just fine, and other times, the error appears.

For the record, we're using Business Objects X1 release 1 with Crystal Reports XI and the users are exporting in the format of a PDF.

Hi,
Assuming it is running on Windows, check the Event viewerfor any Pageserver related error messages.
