I recently installed a Modular ICS with 2.0 software and ten m7310 telephone sets with busy lamp fields. Some of the extensions intermittently don't show up on the blf when they are engaged on an outside line. Does not appear to be an LCD problem, the problem occurs on all ten telephone sets. Any suggestions...restart the system with new software????? Any feedback appreciated. Thanks, Dave

Just a thought here...
The BLF units work on the B2 channel. So if a set is using the B2 channel for a feature or a second intercom when another set picks up there may be a temporary conflict on the B2 channel and that is why it seems intermittent. ????
