Intermittent Printing to MICROS printer

I need some help figuring out why printing is only successful about 75% of the time when closing out tickets.

We had a server crash recently and since the database has been restored, tickets are only printing successfully about 75% of the time.

If the tickets don't print, the receipt still shows up on the screen and will not disappear until any key is hit.

We are using MICROS 9700.

Any info would be appreciated.
