Intermittent printing issues

Hi,

I have migrated network printers from W2k to a W2003 server using Print Migrator 3.1. All the printers seem to work. However at times I am getting users that say they cannot print. When I access the 2003 server I canb see jobs in the queue of the particular printer but no errors. I used to run WINS but I am not currently. What would cause this issue? Most of the printers are network attached HP's.
