Intermittent one-way audio with CUCM 7 and SIP trunk to CUBE

I have a single SIP trunk setup right now from Bandwidth.com. c3745, IOS 12.4.15-T8 AdvEnterprise. I know I don't have access to the midcall signalling pass-thru command in this verion of IOS, that's planned when router is upgraded. I was working fine with sip - h.323, full 2 way audio, calls transferred fine, MOH worked fine, hold/resumed worked fine. I'm trying to setup CUCM to connect to CUBE via SIP trunk instead of h.323.

When I place a call from PSTN to CUCM I get 2 way audio, I place the call on hold from IP Phone, then resume, there is one-way audio. The strange part is that when I place call on hold AGAIN and resume, 2 way audio again as normal. Repeated placing call on hold/resume causes the cycle to continue. I was having issues with disconnects before I placed the statements

no supplementary-service sip moved-temporarily
no supplementary-service sip refer

under voice services section. That enabled calls to ork fine as a temporary fix. Not sure what is causing this issue, probably something simple but have been unable to track it down as of yet. Any thoughts? Attached is a file of ccsip messages debug output from the call. Any other debug that would assist I'll be happy to generate and attach. Thanks again!

which ver of CUCM are you using exactly?

We are experiencing a similar issue to this.

I had an issue a couple of months ago with calls only working one way - i.e. I could make calls but not receive them (or the other way round?). It was an issue with the SIP provider using different sources for the signalling and RTP. I upgraded the IOS to 15.1 and everthing kicking into life.
