MCD3300 - 5.0 SP2 PR1

Config: Phantom x5001 - Call Reroute D/N1/N2 to speed call 5901; speed call 5901 calls off prem DID.

Issue: Calling x5001 from internal source works without fail; if operator transfers to x5001, calls intermittenly ring back to her after about 60 seconds.

This issue appears during busy times, however they don't not appear to be maxing out on SIP trunks (25).

Extend the no answer recall timer of the trunk COS

During testing I did find that the far end was answering between 6-25 seconds, anything that was not answered in 17 seconds recalled to operator (not 60 like I was told). This led me to the "No Answer Recall Timer" which I bumped to 125 (THX kwbMitel). I changed this in the trunk COS and the operator COS. Customer reports reduction of issue, but still happening at peak call times; blocked calls & congestion reports are clean. I am going to do more troubleshooting/monitoring later this afternoon.

The trunk cos is what controls the recall in this instance

I think you will find you've resolved the original issue

What can also cause similar issues is a transfer to a phone that has forwarding set externally but also has a 1st alt routing point
The timer for routing must exceed the expected rings on the external number
