I have a UCX50 setup with a Grandstream FXO 8. I am getting complaits of intermittent dropped calls. The user will be talking on a call and the person they are talking to is no longer there. Where should I start to track this down.

I have the exact same problem on my demo in office with calls being dropped intermittently. Just one of a few I have yet to eradicate!!!!

I did notice on new documentation the added "session-timers=refuse" to trunk setup for Grandstream. I added it to my setup and am waiting to see what happens.

I just decided to disconnect my Polycom and use the Yealink and Snom. Both are SIP Technology and they work very well with the UCX50. I'm thinking it was probably a telset issue since I haven't experienced the same problem with these. I'll dive into the Polycom another time to see what the issue is....

I had a Polycom set that did a while ago. I did the same thing........disconnected it and user Yealinks. The issue as that even though the set showed it was registered, it would continue to re-register itself. Never did figure why it kept doing that......we just stopped selling them.
