I have a customer with an IPO 500v2 in Basic mode running 8.1(95) with 1 combo card. They will intermittently get calls stuck under the Trunks tab with the status "clearing". Calls will disappear from active calls but the lines will remain tied. The ISP says it's not on their end. We updated their system about a year ago to remedy a phantom calling issue, and I was wondering if another upgrade would be worthwhile, or if this sounds more like a hardware issue.
I went through basic troubleshooting (reboot, reseat combo card, check disconnect clear settings) while onsite but since it's such an intermittent issue, I couldn't replicate the issue. Disconnect clear obviously works since calls hang up in voicemail and during regular calls.
