We have an IP Office 8.1 (81) with 6 PRI T-1's form XO Communications. On certain calls we get waiting for line. We are pretty sure the issue is with the carrier. In our trace we get a message back from the carrier unallocated (unassigned) number. But, they carrier says they are seeing national unknown, where they expect either national E.164 or unknown unknown. The T-1's are NI-2 B8ZS ESF. Provider is set to Local Teleco, and in the ARS there set as Dial3k1 We are sending 1+ac+number Is there someplace in IP Office to change that? So the carrier see's either National E.164 or Unknown Unknown?
