Help...!
I have a 500v2, S/W 9.0.12 with Phone30v1 Expansion Modules. Trunks are Virgin PRI.
Caller ID on Avaya Gemini handsets works for a week then fails. If I swap to an alternative Extn port, or reboot system and module works ok for a week then fails.
Have replaced the batteries in the handset.
Tried Analog Extn Caller ID setting to UK20 and FSK-A
Upgraded from 9.0.2 to 9.0.12, issue remains.
Digital 5410 handsets, are unaffected.
Has anyone else had similar issues....?
