I have a customer with a Rls 2.0 BCM50. It is fully patched to the current release.

When some outside callers call into the AA and then select an extension they get the wrong user. I have had it happen to me a few times when calling in, but its rare.

Any ideas???

I would have the Telco test the lines. They need to do a silent termination noise test and a signalloss test. Could be one or more lines are incorrectly tuned causing a signal loss at certain frequencies.

If all test OK you have some bad hardware or the company has a lot of callers with bad keypads. I have had this happen to me when using a cell phone to call through an AA. That's just the nature of the beast.
