interment 281 router problem

using a 2811 with some VIC2-E/M ports. intermently I have seen the "white noise" level go up from the -50 DB range to -20,30 range, I have made sure the routers where grounded to the rack and the rack was grounded properly,

we are multicasting from 1 location to 3 others, re-booting the router clears the problem but not sure why it's happening

Any T1 cables that are unshielded?

I'm not sure what you mean, at the input locations, it is going into the E&M port from there it is going into a 2960 switch, from there either a MM or SM cable to the other location, to another 2960, up to the router to the E&M, you mean from the E&M port to the Euipment ? or from the switch to the router ?

Into the SmartJack---if it is not very long, there's no real need to use a shielded cable, but if it is longer than (don't know the specs) X feet, then you'd want to use a shielded cable. Just a suggestion off the top of my head, not a very likely one...
