Intermedia file upload question

Dear sirs...

i have a web application written in jdeveloper 10g using ADF UIX. The upload page should forward me into another page. when i upload the file, i can not go into any other page. i still on the same page, but the file is uploaded. what is the problem? has any one solve it?
