Intermec printer formfeed ?

Hi,
Have a barcode printer Intermec 3440 which prints out on a continuous feed 4 by 2 1/8 label. The issue we are having is how to STOP it from formfeeding after it prints. It is printing an EXTRA blank label. When you preview the report to the screen no such extra page appears. Any ideas greatly appreciated !

SOLUTION.....
This does turn out to be an undocumented margins issue. Just shortened and narrowed the label until the problem went away. This also resolved the bar code scanning properly which it did not with the wider margins.
